Discussion Forum
What is a discussion forum?, A forum is basically a place where the community can communicate publicly on the site. When you create a new topic conversation, it is called a 'thread'. A thread can consist of many 'posts' by multiple users. The discussion forum consists of all the threads and posts on the entire site. At the top of the site you will find a link to the‘Discussion Forum.’ In the forum you will find three tabs. The first contains all of the most recently updated threads on the site. This includes threads on wiki content pages, threads on user profile pages, as well as new threads that aren’t linked to a page or a profile. The second tab includes the most active threads – those that have the most posts.
You can use this new Discussion Forum area to keep tabs on the discussions across the site or even track conversations via Keyword Groupings available in the third tab.
